You must be logged in to contact Customer Service. Once logged in, go to Get Support/Create Ticket from the menu bar. Click on “New Ticket” and select an item from the drop down list. Enter a small description and then a more detailed description of the issue and submit it. A list of open issues can be displayed if you are logged in by hitting Get Support on the menu bar. If we have questions we will update the ticket with our questions and you will receive an email letting you know you need to review your ticket.
